We have been responsible for clients’ in-house legal work on their daily legal work in relation to corporate, commercial, employment and property laws, and liaising with external specialist lawyers. We have also been responsible for corporate secretarial work for Thai and international corporates
Real Property
Property law is one of our key practices, especially in major cities such as Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya and Chiangmai. We provide our support through our branches in those cities. The services include preliminary advisory, transaction review, property due diligence and, advice representative in the transfer phase.
Shipping, Maritime and International Commerce.
As Thailand is a major shipping hub in the region, various shipping firms are operating in the country in which we represented the clients on various disputes and claims related to the shipping business particularly the carriage of goods by sea.
